Congratulations… You’re Getting Married!!
Thank you for choosing Industry Hair Studio to service you at this happy time in your life.
Here is some information to help ensure your bridal hair goes smoothly!
Scheduling your Wedding Appointments
All wedding appointments are scheduled on a “first-come-first-serve” basis. No dates are guaranteed with-out a signed and completed contract, including day of details, and deposit.
The deposit will be 50% of the total of services scheduled. The remaining balance must be paid no later than the day of services rendered.
Service prices may be found on Industry website. Prices are subject to change as styling needs change.
If cancellations are made more than 30 days prior to the event date, you may have your deposit returned. Cancellations with less than 30 days notice forfeit the deposit. If trial services are rendered prior to cancelling, the deposit will be forfeited.
Any changes to appointments must be made no later than 2 weeks before wedding date.
Brides may appoint one other person to manage scheduling appointments.
Pre-Wedding Day Details
A wedding consultation/practice run for every bride, for hair and make-up, to be scheduled no later than 3 days before your wedding day, is required.
The practice appointment will be an hour and a half long for hair, and 1 hour for make-up, and is included in the bridal hair price.
Be sure to bring any pictures of your desired style, pictures of your dress, and any accessories or headpieces you wish to wear in your hair.
In-Salon Wedding Day Details
Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment time.
Wear a button down shirt or one that can easily be removed.
Arrive with clean, dry hair, and clean skin. Remember to bring any hair accessories or headpieces you wish to use.
Unfortunately, if anyone in the wedding party arrives more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to perform their service depending on the stylists' following appointments. If the original contract cannot be fulfilled due to the client's tardiness, services may be cut short, if done at all; however, the original amount will still be owed. No shows or cancellations will still be charged.
Whew! That was a lot of information!
Now let’s get yours!……..
